Our U6s began their tour of the parish as we up the ante in spreading the GAA gospel around Newmarket-on-Fergus.
Stonehall N.S. was the venue for our Sunday session with an excellent turnout as close to fifty boys and girls trained.
We were very happy to see some new faces with us and a couple that returned having taken time off. As always new players can feel free to train with us, hurleys and helmets will be provided for those without them.
Thanks to Diarmaid and Siobhán for their cooperation in having training at Stonehall. We are very appreciative of the promotion of our club and the GAA in all four schools. Club coach Liam Clancy is also continuing his weekly sessions in the schools.
Next week we’re heading to Gurteen and the weekend after it’s off to Clonmoney.
