It can be hard to find a time & place for getting in daily exercise after work. Remember that our lights are on each weekday evening from 6 to 8:30pm and there’s a handy circuit to walk around.

Also on Wednesdays, the walk is followed by a cup of tea in the clubhouse from 8PM.
