On Friday evening, forty young hurlers from Newmarket-on-Fergus took part in a blitz organised by Gort GAA.
Our U8’s got to meet two of the newest guests to Galway by the name of Liam McCarthy and the Irish Press Cup. The young Blues had a great evening and well done to them. A small selection from our U6’s also played a Gort equivalent.
Many thanks to our U8 management for their continued efforts.
While they travelled up the M18, our U6’s & U10’s stayed in Fr Murphy Memorial Park where they worked on a wide range of skills.
