A great relationship is needed between the underage club and the four schools in the parish of Newmarket-on-Fergus for our club to reap the rewards.
We’re very thankful to the work of teachers in the four schools going towards the promotion of gaelic games.
With that in mind, we’re doing everything we can to assist so that the students will be given every opportunity to work on their skills at school.
That’s why we’re looking for volunteers to lend a helping hand tomorrow morning (Saturday) in Scoil na Maighdine Mhuire (NOF National School) for one hour commencing at 9am. Work has already began on making the field at the back of the school playable and a small bit more must be done.
Please bring strimmers, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and whatever you think may be of benefit. All help would be greatly appreciated.
