Last weekend our U13 Hurlers won the B county championship in thrilling style. Trailing by 7 points after a few minutes they clawed their way to victory over an excellent Kilmaley side. This Saturday sees our younger Academy boys take centre stage as they too have qualified for the County Final. It’s going to take something special because opponents, Eire Og, beat them convincingly in the group stages. Still though, this is a great bunch of lads and if they can play their best hurling, an amazing double is within reach.
