Clarecastle Covid Response Network is delighted to invite you to the first of a series of live-streamed events that will be taking place over the coming months.
James McMahon of Clarecare will give a talk to the community on “Well Being in Uncertain Times – A Helping Hand” on Thursday 19th November at 7pm. The talk will focus on Caring for ourselves and others, Coping with stress and anxiety and General well-being and highlight the local supports that are available to anyone who may need additional assistance during this time.
James will also be joined on the night by local musicians led by John Lynch of the Kilfenora Ceili Band.
