Shield Glory For U21s

On an extremely cold and foggy day at Wolfe Tones Camogie pitch Newmarket-on-Fergus’ U21 camogie team went into battle against Éire Óg for the U21 Shield.

Newmarket who arrived very calm, came out fighting strong and scored strong and consistent in the first half. The Ennis club showed much more force in the second half and scored well but the Blues showed their hunger to win and won well.

Well done girls it is always nice to end the year on a high.
