Round Three of the U16A Hurling Championship takes place on Sunday morning and it brings us to Gurteen.
Newmarket-on-Fergus managed by Eoghan Ryan are on the search for their first win having lost out to Clarecastle and Kilmaley. Doora/Barefield have one win under their belts having overcome Sixmilebridge while they too lost out by the smallest of margins to Kilmaley.
That would suggest that the 12pm clash is going to be a close one so our young lads will be in need of your support to try give them an extra edge. They’ve shown signs of what they’re capable of and a stronger Blues contingent on the sideline could be enough to see them over the line.
