At Sunday’s Annual General Meeting of CLG Cora Chaitlín, there were some changes to the Club Executive.
After three years, Brendan Ryan has decided to step down as Secretary of Bord na nÓg.
Great organisation is required in this role and Brendan certainly brought that. At the same time, he had an active role in the underage scene. His three children, Ciaran, Diarmuid and Caoimhe are all readily participating with teams in our underage ranks and we look forward to seeing them line out with the Blues for many more years to come.
During his tenure, he worked alongside Davy McCormack, Derek Clancy & Diarmuid O’Leary as they attempted to put our underage club back on solid ground.
Thanks to Brendan for his efforts over the past three years, we hope his involvement with our underage team continues.
