It has been announced that Elaine Lally is not returning for a third year as Secretary of Newmarket-on-Fergus Camogie Club.
In her term, Elaine has brought a new voice and freshness to the camogie top table.
Her ability has been highlighted recently with the success she and husband Sean have brought to Hotel Woodstock. Of course this brings with it a major dedication and these work commitments are a key factor in Elaine’s decision not to seek another year.
Many thanks to Elaine for her work over the two seasons, as well as her secretary position in 2016 she was involved with the Finance Committee and was one of the main drivers behind our successful Club BBQ at The Bells in July of that year.
This is another position that needs to be filled at the Camogie AGM on November 11th. If you are interested in coming on board, please contact us via social media for more information on what the role requires.
