Following an extensive review
It has been agreed to partner with the Local company ClubZap for the Clubs Membership, Lotto, Team Communications and News & Fixture information. As a club, our volunteers continually try to improve and reduce efforts made in running our club operation.
Member Improvements
In addition to an improved online registration process to protect you and your personal information, the Club will introduce a new APP to our members. Tired of Whatsapp keeping you up at night? This new APP will allow you to control the delivery of news, fixtures, results but also team updates form Coaches to Players and/or Parents through a simpler process of communication. This will dramatically reduce the noise that the past communication provided. This will aid our coaches in managing training and match attendance, provide private chat options and assist our coaches in determining our players are registered to ensure they are protected by the relevant insurance plan. More information is due on the APP soon.
Prepare
First step is to prepare! We would ask our members, parents and guardians to prepare for this transition by downloading the free ClubZap APP to your mobile device. Its a rather popular sporting APP so you may have it already.
